Volunteer and Visitor Program Coordinator

​Reporting to the Executive Director, the Volunteer and Visitor Program Coordinator will be responsible for the recruitment, training, scheduling, recognition, and day-to-day communication with all WindReach Farm volunteers. You will also be responsible for booking, planning activities for, and scheduling staff and volunteers to support, visiting groups. As a team member working collaboratively with other staff and program leads, you will recognize the varying needs of individuals and respond by developing appropriate roles and activities and fostering related partnerships.

​​Learning-4-Life Adult Day Program Facilitator (Relief Staff)
​
​Reporting to the Coordinator, Learning-4-Life, the Learning-4-Life Facilitator (Relief Staff) will be responsible for providing support to the Coordinator, Learning-4-Life and full-time Learning-4-Life Facilitator with program delivery to adult day program participants. In collaboration with the full-time staff in the program, they are responsible for implementing the Learning-4-Life program, while ensuring the well-being, and promoting the development and independence, of Learning-4-Life program participants.
