Get Outside! Adaptive Sport & Recreation Program
Is an outdoor-based adaptive sport program offering sport and recreation activities to people of all ages and abilities. Regular physical activity is an essential part of a high quality of life; the Get Outside! Program aims to engage individuals with disabilities and not only promote skill development but increase socialization, develop long term health and wellness and expose individuals to the therapeutic value of spending time outdoors.
Main program offerings include archery, para/tandem cycling, boccia, sitting/standing volleyball and goalball. If there is another sport you would like to try, just ask! Other recreational activities include trail exploration, pond studies and wildlife education. No previous sport experience is required, and individuals of all ages and disability types are invited to participate.

WindReach Farm is pleased to announce a new partnership with Special Olympics Ontario! The farm will now serve as a sports-training facility for individuals wishing to participate in snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Athletes have access to a 200 m track, skiing trails, and indoor amenities. Sessions are currently running every Saturday morning from 10:00am-11:30am and are flexible to fit the needs of every individual.
